With over 2 decades of corporate experince —India’s first and only ISO-certified end-to-end solution provider accredited with ISO 17024 & 21001 for POSH and POCSO trainings, certifications, compliance, and auditing—and the RKT Foundation, based in Mumbai.
A 5-time TEDx speaker, international author, and independent director, she is a passionate advocate for human rights, cyber safety under the DPDP Act, DE&I, and ESG initiatives. As President of WICCI Maharashtra T&D Council and an Expert Panellist with the Centre for Global Inclusion, she drives systemic change by empowering individuals and organizations to build safer, more inclusive, and responsible communities.
A recipient of the Exceptional Women of Excellence award by the Women Economic Forum and Best Organisation into DE&I 2021 by Global HR Transformance Forums, Dr. Raina was also the only woman leader speaker at the WLS Inclusion Summit 2021. Her ISO-certified organization has been featured in international magazines for pioneering inclusive workplace solutions and digital interventions.
Her 1st Book "WE all have Rights" unveiled in Bangkok in 2022 Dec at UN conference was launched officially on Amazon Flipkart and KINDLE this year Mar 6th 2025 . She has impacted about 2.5L lives, 400 + orgn, 80+ institutions, Multi national and international awardee and certified 546 professionals in Posh PoCSO DEI in 6.5 years and Recipient of Rex Karmveer Awardee 2021 2024 and Nari shakti samman puraskar 2024 and touched where individual are impacted with heart.
